Soon the position of circuit
overseer we be a thing of the past. A huge savings in expenses! Additional
“brothers” are being prepared to serve as “overseers” in case of persecution or
isolation. They will be trained at Patterson “Elders School”; all other Elders
are also going through intense training in legal matters because of lawsuits,
wills and leaving estates to the WT.
Various Presiding Overseers will visit congregations 3 times a year, Thursday
-Sunday and share in service Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Additionally he will
meet with elders and pioneers. Pioneer hours are now at a new low, 50 hours
monthly. Eventually all of the buildings in Brooklyn will be sold. If you have
left the WT you can expect to be contacted by JW’s. The Nov. 8th WT Study

THOSE WHO STRAY FROM THE FLOCK” and “HELP
THEM RETURN WITHOUT DELAY”. Be prepared; be ready to tell them the real
TRUTH.

The title above was the question posed on the cover of the October 15, 2006 issue of THE WATCHTOWER. An article contained in the magazine, which carried the same title, sought to provide an answer to this important question.
This past March, I answered the doorbell one Saturday morning to find two Jehovah’s Witnesses making their door-to-door rounds in my neighborhood. It was only days before their annual memorial service, so they were blanketing the area to invite people to attend.

Over the past century, the Society has predicted – and many of its leaders have prophesied – Christ’s return and Armageddon on multiple dates, (e.g., 1874, 1914, 1925, and 1975). Rather than placing their eternal security on “The Rock,” they have chosen to follow an organization whose teachings shift as frequently as the sand. |
